Just a verse for you :
There is easily more stars in the SKY than SAND on the earth because SPACE is INFINITE and the earth is FINITE. God can count the stars not us which says a lot about who God is who we are!
"God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars..." (Genesis 1.16)
I heard scientists discuss about the fact that there are MORE STARS IN SPACE than there are GRAINS OF SAND on the earth! WOW! What a creation! Composed of gas and dust, the pictured pillar resides in a tempestuous stellar nursery called the Carina Nebula, located 7500 light-years away in the southern constellation of Carina.Taken in visible light, the image shows the tip of the three-light-year-long pillar, bathed in the glow of light from hot, massive stars off the top of the image. Scorching radiation and fast winds (streams of charged particles) from these stars are sculpting the pillar and causing new stars to form within it. Streamers of gas and dust can be seen flowing off the top of the structure.(Hubble's Wide Field Camera 3 :30 July 2009). click here. Melody will be passing her driving test soon. Alison passed her chinese exams and will have no more chinese to do, just her dissertation and other lectures. Answer to prayer: Alison seems to have found a room in Geneva. QUite miraculous! Alexi continues with his week-end student job in October!
Alexi's medical at the Uni for his entry exam for the Phys. Ed. course went well.
OLDER NEWS : Hmmm looks like we will have four kids at Uni at the same time - not funny! ;oD Three will be at this place UCL University .Not quite four for the whole year as you know, Melody will be finishing her masters in Speech therapy in January, Johanan will finish his master's dissertation in literature in June and Alexi will be there to annoy them doing his Physical education, three year's batchelor degree followed by two years of the master's degree. If you click on the link about Alexi you can see the stuff he will be studying on the Uni site. Obviously, his exams went well. Alison will continue at the Geneva University. We will have weddings and a retreat to speak at in October (in english)!

Il y a facilement plus d'ETOILES dans le ciel que des GRAINS DE SABLE sur la terre - parce que l'ESPACE EST INFINI et la terre est FINI! Tout cela nous montre qui est God par rapport à nous - Il sait compter le nombres d'étoiles mais nous ne savons pas! "Dieu fit deux grands luminaires, le plus grand des deux afin qu'il préside au jour, et le plus petit pour présider à la nuit. Il fit aussi les étoiles...." (Genèse 1.16)
D'après les scientifiques il y a apparemment PLUS D'ETOILES DANS L'ESPACE qu'il y a des GRAINS DE SABLE sur la terre! Waow! Quelle création! La nébuleuse d' Eta Carinae est une nébuleuse géante distante de plus de 9000 années lumière dans le Bras du Sagittaire de la Galaxie. Bien que située loin de nous, elle est assez brillante pour être vue à l'oeil nue (mais uniquement depuis l'hémisphère Sud). Les couleurs vives que l'on voit sur les images n'apparaissent que sur les photographies, l'oeil humain n'étant pas assez sensible aux couleurs faibles. Aussi à l'oeil nu une nébuleuse comme celle de la Carène apparait seulement blanchatre. La nébuleuse de la Carène est cataloguée sous la référence NGC 3372, elle couvre environ trois degrés du ciel à la distance de 8800 années lumière, ce qui correspond à un diamètre de 460 années lumière. Deux autres nébuleuses ont été ajoutées à la liste ci-dessous, mais ce sont sans doute des nébuleuses voisines indépendantes de celle de la Carène. Leur éloignement est très incertain, mais elles appartiennent probablement au Bras du Sagittaire, elles aussi. VOus pouvez cliquer sur l'image pourarticle de Johanan dans le blog de l'unif. ou


cliquer ici. Melody passera son examen de conduite prochainement. Alison a terminé ses cours de chinois. Elle doit étudier l'anglais et quelques autres cours. Merci pour vos prières pour la chambre d'Alison à Genève. Rien de moins qu'un miracle, elle semble avoir une chambre. Pas évident à Genève. Alexi travaille en octobre au boulot d'étudiant! Suite à l'examen médical d'Alexi à l'unif. (épreuves physiques) pour ses cours de Education physique Il a commencé ses cours aujourd'hui. ANCIENNES NOUVELLES : Hmmm je crois qu'on aura tous les quatre enfants à l'Unif. en même temps - pas rigolo! ;oD Il y aura évidemment trois ici à l'UCL Louvain-La-Neuve . Pas tout à fait un an, puisque vous savez déjà que Melody termine son masters en logopédie en janvier, Johanan termine son mémoire pour son master's en littérature en juin et Alexi sera là pour les embêter vu qu'il va entamer trois ans du bac en Education Physique et ensuite deux ans de masters. Si vous cliquez sur le lien à propos d'Alexi vous aurez plus d'information sur le site de l'unif. Il a évidemment réussi ses examens. Alison continue à l'université de Genève. Melody termine sa première semaine à l'hôtel avec deux semaines qui restent à effectuer. Nous serons pris par des mariages et retraite (en anglais)!
