Here are some pics of our trip to Sri-Lanka many years ago: and this is Wesley College, a methodist british influenced school I attended (primary school) whilst my dad was doing business there. The christian college was born out of the vision of Rev. Joseph Rippon (a great uncle of Rev. Henry Highfield). We returned to London when civil war broke out. I sang "soprano" in the choir and was a cub scout! I also learnt many great methodist hymns and the chaplain was from London ;o) If you would like to read the history of the college you can click on the pics below here

Melody has begun her speech-therapy job at the Tivoli hospital (see pics of hospital above) Our friend Y, an algerian pastor, is still in intensive care but is much better now. The Youth event went well. I spoke in the morning and in the afternoon and many churches were represented. Another meeting and tw0 retreats to organize.

Voici quelques images de notre voyage à Sri-Lanka il y a quelques années: Voici Wesley College, une école méthodiste britannique que je fréquentais (primaire) quand mon père faisait du commerce là bas. L'école chrétienne est née de la vision de Rev. Joseph Rippon (pasteur). Nous sommes retournés à Londres lors de la guerre civile. Je chantais "soprano" dans la chorale et j'étais scout-louveteau ! J'ai appris les hymnes méthodistes très connu et l'aumonier était londonien ;o) Si vous désirez lire l'histoire de l'école vous pouvez cliquer sur les images ci-dessous here

Melody a commencé son travail à l'hôpital de Tivoli comme logopède (voir image ci-dessus) Notre ami Y, pasteur en Algérie, est toujours en soins intensifs mais cva bcp mieux. Merci pour la prière. La journée "inter-jeunes" a très bien été. Plusieurs églises étaient représentées. Un message à apporterdans une église et deux retraite à préparer.
