Latest: . Here is a picture of Tim Hughes leading worship at Soul survivor. I just heard from my student Tom, who has just realized how amazing God is. He spent a week at a youth camp following an invitation from another of my students. For someone who has no church background whatsoever and does not know much about God, it is a radical step. He cannot stop reading a bible he received and feels really at peace with himself. Do pray for him. Prayer items and links:

Je viens d'apprendre qu'un étudiant, Tom, vient de réaliser combien Dieu est magnifique! Il vient de passer une semaine dans un camp de jeunes invité par un autre étudiant. Pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas d'arrière-plan chrétien ou ne connait pas grandes choses de Dieu, il est très enthousiaste. Il ne sait pas arrêter de lire une bible qu'il a reçu et se sent vraiment en paix. Priez pour lui. Latest: . The group Aradhna will be at Soul Survivor this summer. I was interested in knowing a bit more about them. Here is a description: Our group, Aradhna, which means ‘worship’ in Hindi, had its beginnings in England in August of 1999. My friend Peter Hicks and I met up in London and began creating sitar/guitar arrangements of the Yeshu bhajans (devotional songs to Jesus) that I had learned while growing up in India and Nepal. This live recording called Satsang (pronounced sutt-sung) literally means "gathering of the truth" . . . Prem mantra hi hai bas teraa, man pe daalaa sabke deraa. 'Love is Your key. It is through Your love that You have captured our hearts.' May this Satsang draw us close to Him. If you are interested in hearing a sample and read more, you can go on their site here . Voici une description : "Notre groupe, Aradhna, qui veut dire 'adorer' en hindi, a commencé en Angleterre en août 1999. Mon ami Peter Hicks et moi sommes rencontrés à Londres et nous avons commencé à creer des arrangements avec une sitare et une guitare des 'Yeshu bhajans' (chants d'adoration pour Jésus) que j'ai appris dans mon enfance en grandissant en Inde et au Népal. L'enrégistrement d'appelle 'Satsang' (prononcé sutt-sung) ce qui veut dire 'rassembler la vérité'. . . Prem mantra hi hai bas teraa, man pe daalaa sabke deraa. 'la clef c'est l'amour.' Latest: . I had a phone call a couple of days from a friend, Rohan, in Sri-Lanka whom I last saw when I was 13yrs of age. He has since become a christian and is playing an active role in the church in Kandy. You can pray for him. Prayer items and links: 1. my blog 2. My vision to see young people trained as future leaders. Dernières nouvelles: J'ai reçu un coup de fil de mon ami Rohan depuis le Sri-Lanka. J'avais 13 ans quand je l'ai vu pour la dernière fois. Depuis, il s'est converti à Christ et est intégré au sein d'une église à Kandy. Vous pouvez prier pour lui. He calls it experiments in spectral deconstruction ;o) David Crowder was a student at Baylor University and realized that half the students were not going to church. He started a church on campus with another student which you can read about here . David Crowder tries to explain decontruction (tongue in cheek) at what does this say.com . He basically underlines the fact that we should let God "tear our lives apart," "deconstruct" us and then put us together again. In case things are not clear he further links to i still do not understand what you are trying to say.com which basically brings us face to face with a beautiful meeting with God which he calls "a beautiful collision (when our depravity meets his divinity." Il commence une église sur le campus avec un autre étudiant. Vous pouvez lire l'article en anglais ici . Latest: . Here is Alexi's coach at the men's play-off final with the captain of the men's team. The men are officially in the second division. Johanan, Melody, Alison are preparing for exams which are fast approaching. Alexi had his percussion concert on Saturday, which went well, and had another basketball tournament at the week-end. L'équipe monte en deuxième division. Johanan, Melody, Alison préparent pour les examens. Alexi a eu l'audition de percussion ce samedi. Tout s'est bien passé. Latest: . Christian group "Delirious" have brought out a book which tell their story called "I could sing of your love forever" which you will find here . Alexi had a basketball tournament on the 1st of May. We had a good chat with one of the committee members of the club who wanted to know what we were doing in Belgium etc. I met a former student and his wife from the Nursing Institute. He used to be in the belgian national team as an olympic "walker" but injuries put an end to his career. He was working as a strength coach for Daniel Goethals with whom I also had a chat. Daniel Goethals who had played in the belgian 1st division as a professional, followed by a few seasons in Greece and in Spain. He had sat come to one of Alexi's matches when he was 10 yrs of age as he knew his former coach. Daniel was surprised to see Alexi jumping quite high for his size, I then looked at him and said, " you have never jumped in your life have you? Little people like us have to learn to jump" ;o) In fact he is over 6ft 9 inches so not far off 7 feet ! He smiled. This coming saturday Alexi will be performing with the others percussionists at the annual Music School concert. Prayer items and links: 1. my blog 2. Dernières nouvelles: Le groupe chrétien, "Delirious," a sorti un livre racontant leur histoire intitulé "I could sing of your love forever" (je pourrais chanter ton amour à jamais) que vous pouvez trouver ici . Alexi a eu un tournoi de basket le 1 mai. Nous avons eu un bon partage avec un membre du comité du club de basket qui nous a demandé pourquoi nous étions en Belgique. J'ai rencontré un ancien étudiant qui se trouvait au tournoi avec sa femme. Il était dans l'équipe belge de 'marche olympique' avant qu'il ne soit blessé. Il était préparateur physique pour Daniel Goethals avec qui j'ai eu un contact également. Daniel Goethals avait joué dans le championnat professionel en première division en Belgique. Il a ensuite passé quelques saisons en Grèce et en Espagne. Il y a plusieurs années il est venu voir un match d'Alexi quand il avait 10 ans parce qu'il connaissait son ancien coach. Daniel était étonné de voir Alexi sauter si haut pour un joueur de "petit taille." Je lui ai dit en souriant, "Tu n'as jamais sauté de ta vie hein ? Il n'y a que les petits qui doivent apprendre à sauter ;o) En fait il fait plus de 2 mètres! Il a souris. Ce samedi Alexi participe au concert de l'Académie de Musique.
