Latest: I found this pic of Johanan at 16 yrs of age. Amazingly like Elvis as you can see from the real elvis inset ! Now we understand why many friends kept mentioning his ressemblance to Elvis ;oD
Our friends Stu and martha mentioned about their daughter Bethany's involvement with different ministries and Aid organisations. This is Eleho which you can read about here and about Bethany's vision here. Alison has chinese exams in a few days time and asked us to think of her. Thanks.

Il ressemble incroyablement à Elvis si vous comparez avec la petite image d'Elvis dans le coin ! Nous comprenons maintenant pourquoi les amis nous disaient que Jo ressemblait tant à Elvis ;oD Nos amis Stu et martha nous ont parlé du travail que leur fille Bethany faisait avec différents ministères et organisations à caractère caritatif. Pray for a youth event taking place at the B'mead church in London this saturday (25th October). Our car at nearly 300000 miles is dying a slow death and will not get past the M.O.T. in a couple of month's time. However our garage-owner's son whom we've known for nearly 20 yrs has offered to sell us his car second-hand, in instalments if we so wished which was unexpected. More soon! Finally, Delirious, who will wind-up as a group in 2009, will release which will probably be their last single which you can see here.

Priez pour la rencontre de jeunes à l'église de B'mead à Londres ce samedi. (le 25 octobre). Notre voiture a presque 300000 miles (je vous laisse le soin de calculer ;oD) et ne va pas réussir le contrôle technique dans deux mois. Elle meurt lentement mais surement. Le fils de notre garagiste, que nous avons connu depuis 20 ans, nous a proposé d'acheter sa voiture en occasion avec paiements étalés. Innatendu ! Plus de détails bientôt ! The shirt in the pic belongs to Jon who came with our friend Stu to visit us and stayed at our place. Jon serve's with CBN in 17 french-speaking countries in Africa and head's up "Operation Blessing" which you can read about by either clicking on the pic above or on the link here. In fact Jon forgot his shirt at our place and we will have to send it on to him. It seems to be one of his favourite shirts as seen in this official presentation of Jon. Stu is a long-time friend of ours who came to see us with his wife Martha earlier this year. He has been ministering with "Worldreach" at CBN christian broadcasting network for many years and seeks to encourage many christian artists outside of the US through his vision at North Records. Our friend Jono also came by to see us and was able to chat with Stu about music and musicians he was involved with, as well us baking us a nice apple cake ;oD Stu and Jon were able to meet Johanan, Melody and Alexi, whom he missed the last time around when he visited with Martha.

La chemise dans l'image appartient à Jon qui est venu avec notre ami Stu nous rendre visite et loger chez nous. Jon est basé dans 17 pays en Afrique francophone avec CBN (la télévision chrétienne basée aux USA qui travaille dans plus de 200 pays). Il est responsable de "Operation Blessing" que vous pouvez visiter en cliquant sur l'image ci-dessus ou sur le lien ici. En fait, Jon a oublié sa chemise chez nous. Il faut lui envoyé la chemise qui semble être la chemise préférée de Jon d'après cette présentation officielle de Jon ;oD Stu est un ami de longue date qui est venu nous rendre visite au début de cette année des Etats-Unis. Il travaille avec "Worldreach" CBN christian broadcasting network qui opère dans plus de 200 pays. La vision de Stu est aussi d'encourager les artistes chrétiens en dehors des USA à travers North Records dont il est le responsable. Notre ami Jono est venu nous voir et a pu partager avec Stu surtout à propos de la musique et les musiciens dont il est producteur. Jonathan nous a apporté un bon gâteau aux pommes qu'il avait fait ;oD Stu et Jon ont rencontré Johanan, Melody et Alexi, qu'il n'a pas pu rencontrer lors de sa dernière visite avec Martha.

Our friend Jono composed some guitar stuff which you click listen to by following the link or if you click on the pic above. Enjoy ! In fact, Jono also got me some guitar cables which are not quite as messy as the ones you see ;oD Johanan succeeded his audition on wednesday and will be in the cast for the play at the Louvain-La-Neuve theatre. Stu, our friend hopes to pop in to stay with us for a couple of days between Amsterdam and Bruxelles. I noticed that there is a new album on Stu's site called "Songs for Luca". Here is the description : "We are excited to announce that the long awaited Songs for Luca 2 double album is due to be released very soon. At c2hrs 20mins long and containing 25 exclusive tracks (out of 30 in total) it has definitely been worth the wait and is tremendous value for money. Jono m'a acheté quelques cables pour guitare qui ne sont pas en pagaille comme dans l'image ;oD Johanan a réussi son audition mercredi passé et jouera dans une pièce au théâtre de Louvain-La-Neuve. J'ai remarqué que sa maison de disques (pour aider les artistes chrétiens en dehors des USA) présente un album intitulé "Songs for Luca" (chansons pour Luca). Myriam & Giuseppe's wedding went well and we spent time with many people we knew. You can click on highlighted words if you don't see the song above. Claire and myself went to the Binche church today as I had been invited to speak. The meeting went well and we had a good time of sharing with several people after the service. DCB heard this video by Sonseed at their church and a few moments later during the meeting, they spontaneously did their version remixed of the song "Jesus is a friend of mine". Sonseed are actually a "retro" group from the early 80s which was discovered recently and the video has been used by many churches and viewed on youtube. Despite it's obviously retro-style, apparently up to 4000 people started watching it on Youtube. It is sort of catchy ;oD Johanan is going back to "theatre-land" and will be doing an audition on wednesday. Alexi will be going along to help out by playing the corresponding role in the script. Today is general strike day in Belgium ! Dernières nouvelles: Le mariage de Myriam et Giuseppe a très bien été et nous avons pu passer du temps avec plusieurs amis. Vous pouvez cliquer sur le lien ici et ici si vous ne voyez pas le chant ci-dessous. Claire et moi-même sommes allés à l'église de Binche pour apporter le message au culte. La rencontre s'est très bien passée et nous avons pu partager avec plusieurs personnes après le culte. DCB a vu la video by Sonseed lors du culte dans leur église et quelques instants plus tard, pendant le culte, ils ont spontanément fait une version remixée du chant "Jesus is a friend of mine" (Jésus est un ami à moi). Sonseed est un groupe "retro" des années 80s dont la cassette vidéo a été découvert récemment. Leur vidéo a été visionné sur Youtube. Malgré l'ancienneté de la vidéo jusqu'à 4000 personnes par jour ont regardé la vidéo de Sonseed. Vous verrez, le chant a un côté vieux jeu et en même temps un côté attachant ;oD Johanan refait du théâtre cette année et passera une audition ce mercredi. Alexi l'accompage pour apporter une réplique dans le dialogue. Aujourd'hui, il y a grêve en Belgique !
