Exams in a matter of days for Alexi, Alison and Johanan who also has his gig this friday. Sid and Alan will be visiting this week ! Johanan is enjoying his journalism course and will be doing his placement soon at the Belgian national TV staton. He will be also studying for exams in a few weeks together with Alexi and Alison. Cousins from France, Jacques and Christiane, came to see us and we had a good time together. Melody has begun her speech-therapy job at the Tivoli hospital. Our friend Y, an algerian pastor, is still in intensive care but is much better now. The Youth event went well. I spoke in the morning and in the afternoon and many churches were represented. Another meeting and tw0 retreats to organize.
Johanan's concert went well last evening - I did not have the appropriate pic when I did this song from the group so Jo and sax figures on it ;o)

Voici quelques images de notre visite au Sri-Lanka et au Singapour : Voici Lizzie et Alexi dans un bateau de pêche sur la plage de Mt. Lavinia au Sri-lanka :o)

Les examens auront lieu dans quelques jours pour Alexi, Alison et Johanan qui a son concert ce vendredi. Sid et Alan nous rendront visite cette semaine ! Johanan apprécie bcp les cours de journalisme et fera bientôt ses stages à la RTBF. Il étudie également pour les examens dans quelques semaines, de même que pour Alexi et Alison. Nos cousins, Jacques et Christiane, de la France, nous ont rendu visite. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Melody a commencé son travail à l'hôpital de Tivoli comme logopède (voir image ci-dessus) Notre ami Y, pasteur en Algérie, est toujours en soins intensifs mais cva bcp mieux. Merci pour la prière. La journée "inter-jeunes" a très bien été. Plusieurs églises étaient représentées. Un message à apporterdans une église et deux retraite à préparer.
Le concert de Johanan a bien été hier soir - je n'avais pas la bonne image au moment de réalisé la vid de leur chant, j'ai donc mis l'image de Jo et son sax ;o)

pas de luxe mais tu connais la vraie satisfaction
tu as tout dans cette vie
tu es vraiment riche
avec Jésus en toi
tu règneras avec lui au ciel
tu as vu sa gloire
sa paix est en toi
tu ouvres tes bras à recevoir
tu vis dans l’amour du père au ciel
en Jésus tu mourras jamais
je vois le sourire dans tes yeux
je vois que ce n’est pas faux
je lis la joie sur ton visage
toute disgrace est effacée
je sais que quelque chose s’est passée sur la terre
et je vois que Jésus est venu
il a donné sa vie au pauvres et aux faibles
il a élevé les petits et les rejetés
il remplira leurs coeurs de sa plénitude
il élevera leurs yeux vers le ciel
