We spent a good time with the family at my mum's at Christmas! The meeting at the italian church went very well. and at the Berrymead church this weel-end. I have invited my friend Martin who spent two years in Zambia, to share a song he has composed with some accompanying pics. The children were over just for christmas before coming back to Belgium as Melody has to work at the hospital on the 27th.

On a passé un bon moment en famille à la Noël ! Le culte à l'église italienne a très bien été. Culte à l'église de Londres ce week-end. J'ai invité mon ami Martin qui a passé deux ans en Zambie à chanter un chant qu'il a composé et quelques images du pays. Les enfants étaient avec nous pour la Noël mais reviennent plus tôt parce que Melody travaille le 27 à l'hôpital.

Pour entendre la voix de Jésus il faut faire taire tous les bruits et toutes
les voix autour de nous. Nous pensons entendre Dieu dans l'orage mais

This is more important than the physical appearance and will work. (3)Chen Yi,the inspector of Education: translation: Jesus said: "Come and follow me" This is in reply to the chinese language teacher's comment (below). The inspector of education felt that mum's name "seck hoon" (in fukien) and "si hoon" (in mandarin) meant not "tin" and "jade" but rather "GIFT" and "PEACE" or the GIFT OF PEACE and wrote the comment after hearing of mum's testimony and those called to serve God in her family. Si - gift (of peace) taken from the chinese word in the Bible for ZION "mountain of the Lord" "giant mountains" AN -meaning peace in the Bible. HOON- a precious stone (=jade)The gift of peace could also be the gift of a precious stone (si-hoon) (4)Chinese language teacher at the at teacher training school SI - Si comes from the chinese word for tin which is known as the metal constituted of 5 types of metal drawn from the earth. The children will be over just for christmas before coming back to Belgium as Melody has to work at the hospital on the 27th. Mark, Trish and Nay visited us for a few days ! Johanan has been invited to contribute articles to the CBN christian TV site whilst still teaching english to master's degree students. Melody is getting to grips with her speech-therapy job in the neurological unit of the hospital and has been helping many families with paper-work ... Alison has begun uni lectures with Johanan and Alexi. Her bachelor of Arts degree from Geneva has officially been confirmed.

Nous partons bientôt en Angleterre. Le culte à l'église italienne a très bien été. Culte à l'église de Londres dans 2 semaines. Les enfants seront avec nous pour la Noël mais reviennent plus tôt parce que Melody travaille le 27 à l'hôpital. On vient de recevoir la visite de Mark, Trish et Nay pendant qqs jours! Johanan a été invité à écrire des articles pour la télé chrétienne CBN tout en donnant cours d'anglais aux étudiants en master. Le travail de Melody à l'hôpital (dans la section neurologie) continue mais elle a du aider quelques familles avec des papiers ... Alison a commencé ses cours à l'unif avec Johanan et Alexi. Elle a officiellement reçu confirmation de son baccalauréat de Lettres.

"La vie avec Jésus est une conversation de tous les jours.
Pour entendre la voix de Jésus il faut faire taire tous les bruits et toutes
les voix autour de nous. Nous pensons entendre Dieu dans l'orage mais
