FAMILY NEWS
As I mentioned previously, Johanan's play won the best play award from the theatre jury and the prize is an invitation all expenses paid to perform at the Avignon Festival at Easter. It looks like they will finally be able to go to the Avignon Festival . Melody received a job proposal which did not seem to be the right one so a bit more patience is needed. Alexi is fine now and back to sports. Alison has promised to sends pics of her trip to visit a friend's family not far from where Claire and myself spent our honeymoon about 3000m above Sion in Switzerland.
Delirious are 6th in the UK singles charts today and are 1st and 2nd in the Amazon Download charts. You can watch the song live
here. All proceeds from the sales will go to the CompassionArt charity which Martin Smith started and there are a few interviews, which you can click to listen or click right and save as to download, about the "historymakers" single in the UK charts on BBC Radio Nottingham followed by BBC Radio Newcastle and finally the History Maker Interview.

Nouvelles de la famille
Je vous ai déjà parlé du Festival d'Avignon. En effet, la pièce de Johanan a reçu le meilleur prix du Jury du Festival. Le prix est une invitation à présenter leur pièce au Festival d'Avignon à Pâques, tous frais payés. Ils y seront ! . Melody a déjà reçu la proposition d'un travail qui convenait pas. Elle doit encore patienter ;o) Alexi va bien et a repris du sport. Alison a passé quelques jours avec une famille près de l'endroit où Claire et moi-même avons passé notre voyage de noces (3000m au-dessus de Sion) en Suisse. Elle va nous envoyer les photos.
Delirious se place en 6ème position dans les Top 10 au Royaume-Uni aujourd'hui. Le groupe occupe la 1ère et la 2ème place dans les ventes sur Amazon et vous pouvez regarder le chant "History Makers" lors de leur dernier concert
ici. Les bénéficces des ventes vont intégralement à l'oeuvre CompassionArt charity que Martin Smith du groupe a démarré. Il y a aussi quelques interviews que vous pouvez soit cliquer soit cliquer avec la souris droite et sauver la cible pour télécharger à la BBC Radio Nottingham suivi par la BBC Radio Newcastle et enfin l'interview History Maker ici.

You may have heard of the Delirious? Facebook group aiming for the charts at Easter. Delirious are at no.15 for the moment and Martin Smith was interviewed on BBC Radio 5 live today. You can download the song on itunes

As I promised some time ago this is a piece by Johanan on his sax. The original spontaneous music was well over twenty minutes so I chose a part of it
here.

Alexi has got over his injury and has now got a tummy bug! Alison is finding it too quite after her cousins, aunt and uncle returned to the Uk and Melody has officially registered with the employment agency.

Ils doivent soit trouver des remplaçants ou annuler leur projet! Alexi est revenu de sa blessure mais a une gastro-entérite! Alison trouve la vie trop calme suite au retour de ses cousines, sa tante et son oncle en ANgleterre! Melody est officiellement inscrite comme demandeuse d'emploi ;o)

Got some music from Jo's group which I will let you listen to soon. Johanan still has to publish the student newspaper with the team. Alexi has got over his injury and has now got a tummy bug! Alison is finding it too quite after her cousins, aunt and uncle returned to the Uk and Melody has officially registered with the employment agency.

Alexi est revenu de sa blessure mais a une gastro-entérite! Alison trouve la vie trop calme suite au retour de ses cousines, sa tante et son oncle en ANgleterre! Melody est officiellement inscrite comme demandeuse d'emploi ;o)

Je viens de recevoir quelques morçeaux de musique de la part de Jo que je vous ferai écouter bientôpt. Johanan continue le journal pour étudiants avec son équipe. Alexi est revenu de sa blessure mais a une gastro-entérite! Alison trouve la vie trop calme suite au retour de ses cousines, sa tante et son oncle en ANgleterre! Melody est officiellement inscrite comme demandeuse d'emploi ;o)

Alison is finding it too quite after her cousins, aunt and uncle returned to the Uk and Melody has officially registered with the employment agency.

Things have calmed down a bit with the end of the Festival although Johanan still has to publish the student newspaper with the team. Alexi has got over his injury and and now back into the flow of things with his sports - the last discipline being clearing 1.80 at the high jump which I could never do. Alison is finding it too quite after her cousins, aunt and uncle returned to the Uk and Melody has officially registered with the employment agency.

La vie est plus paisible suite à la clôture du Festival à LLN. Johanan continue le journal pour étudiants avec son équipe. Alexi est revenu de sa blessure et continue avec le sport. La dernière discipline qu'il a tenté était le saut en hauteur (1.80) (que je n'arrivais pas à faire;o). Alison trouve la vie trop calme suite au retour de ses cousines, sa tante et son oncle en ANgleterre! Melody est officiellement inscrite comme demandeuse d'emploi ;o)

Things have calmed down a bit with the end of the Festival although Johanan still has to publish the student newspaper with the team. Alexi has got over his injury and and now back into the flow of things with his sports - the last discipline being clearing 1.80 at the high jump which I could never do. Alison is finding it too quite after her cousins, aunt and uncle returned to the Uk and Melody has officially registered with the employment agency.
My notes: "we can only sing one song with the voice he has given us, with the life that is in us, with the inspiration and intelligence to carry it out!" (2003).
